Plasticcycle, in partnership with John Keells Logistics, has successfully implemented a creative and aesthetically appealing solution aimed at addressing the issue of plastic waste. The implementation of a fish-shaped receptacle on the premises of Mount Lavinia Beach on the 11th of March 2023 was a proactive measure in combatting plastic pollution. This noteworthy initiative was further supported by a beach clean-up activity led by the committed employees of John Keells Logistics. In addition to these efforts, Plasticcycle conducted an awareness session highlighting the importance of responsible plastic waste management, thereby solidifying the impact of this initiative.
